At MMC, we have stamping presses with a capacity from 25 to 500 tons.
We can use stamping dies with dimensions of up to 120 inches in length and 48 inches in width.
We work with manual and progressive stamping, using both pneumatic and servo feeding lines.
We process a variety of materials such as RF Steel, RC, Galvanized, Galvanneal, Copper, Aluminum, etc.

We have 20 and 30 ton CNC punching machines and 4Kw fiber laser cutting that allow us to process sheets up to 3 x 1.5 meters.

We can process steel thicknesses up to 4.6mm for punching and 20mm for laser cutting.
Both processes allow the manufacture of parts in both steel and reflective materials, such as aluminum and copper.
We also have a CNC punching machine specialized in Bus Bar to process copper, aluminum or steel bars.

Our electrostatic powder coating line has a 6-stage pretreatment process based on zirconium, which does not use heavy metals. This allows to guarantee a more environmentally friendly process.

We have the capacity to process pieces up to 2.4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in height and 0.7 meters in depth. The line also has a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 135 thousand liters per week.
